POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
As your construction project progresses, there is a constant need for a clean job site. Whether a project is commercial, a renovation or a new construction, we will make sure it is ready for prime time! For this we offer a 3 stage cleaning. Neighborhood Concierge Post Construction Cleaning, allows just one vendor to provide you with all your needs versus sub-contracting out the different services of the project. From the first clean up to  "open house preparation" we are experts. Our additional services may include: pressure washing, carpet cleaning, light maintenance and janitorial services.

Three-stage cleaning as well as monthly visits to insure all OSHA standards are being met. This cuts down on fines and work stoppage that can result in a loss of profits and manpower.
